Wheat-flour pista cookies.




Preparation time-30 to 40 minutes
Cooking time-15 to 20 minutes.
Ingredients
Wheat flour-1 1/2 cup(200grams)
Pista-1 tablespoon chopped
powder sugar-1cup
butter-1/2 cup(melted)
baking powder-1/2 teaspoon
baking soda-1/4 teaspoon
milk- 3 tablespoon        
Pinch of salt                                                                                                                           Preparation 
1.In a bowl mix butter and powder sugar.
2. In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
3. Preheat the oven in 180 centigrade and grease the baking tray with butter.
4. Add the dry mixture in the liquid mixed bowl shift wise and make a dough.
5.Add milk and knead it for extra 2 minutes.                                                                                                         6.Keep it aside for 20-30 minutes.           
7.Give your desired shape by hand or shape it with different cookie cutters and sprinkle the pista flakes above the cookies .                                                                                                                                   8.Place the cookies in the baking tray and bake it for 20-25 minutes in 180 degree centigrade.             9.Remove it from the oven and cool it till it gets crispy.                                                                           10. Your healthy cookies are ready ..have it anytime and replace your oily snacks with it for healthy results.

Anardana raita.


                                          
Preparation Time-10-30 minutes.                                                                                                            Ingredients-curd-1 cup(200 grams),anardana-3/4 cup, 1/2teaspoon honey,1/4 teaspoon black salt,1/4 teaspoon chili powder ,1/4 teaspoon roasted jeera powder,salt to taste.                                                           Preparation -1.Whisk the curd for 2-3 minutes .2.Add honey,black salt ans salt into it mix it well.3.Add anardana ,roasted jeera powder and chili powder mix it properly.4.Keep in refrigerator for 25 minutes .5.Serve chilled with snacks ,or in lunch.
