Corn pepper Fry.


Preparation time : 10 minutes
cooking time : 5 minutes
Serves - 2

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup corn coblets
1 tbsp olive oil'
1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 red pepper cut into strips
1 green pepper cut into strips
lemon juice - 1 tbsp
salt to taste

Method of Preparations:
1.Heat olive oil in a frying pan and stir fry the corn for 2 minutes.
2.Add bell peppers and the mentioned spices and continue to cook on low fire for 2-3 minutes more .
3.Stir gently and serve as starter.
