Vegetable Fried Rice.




Preparation time: 20 to 30 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes
Serves - 4

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice - 100 grams
chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
Chopped beans - 1 tbsp
cooked green peas - 1/2 tbsp
oil - 1tbsp
salt to taste
Enough water for cooking basmati rice.

Method of preparations:
1.Cook basmati rice with enough water for 20 minutes or till the rice get boiled.
2.Heat oil in a kadhai , add chopped carrot and beans and fry for 2-3 minutes in high flame, add cooked green peas  and cook for another 2 minutes.
3.add boiled rice and mix properly .
4.Cook it for 5 minutes by adding salt to taste .
5.Serve hot with gravies like pepper chicken , vegetable manchurain gravy or chili chicken gravy.
