Moong dal poori -marwari recipe.
Preparation
time : 1 hour
Cooking Time : 1 hour
Makes : 10 to 12
Ingredients:
soaked moong dal - 1 cup
gram flour(besan) - 1/2 cup
curd - 1/2 cup
carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
salt to taste
red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
water 1/ 2 cup
oil for frying
Preparation:
1.Coarsely grind moong dal ,Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
2.Knead with a little water at a time into a semi soft dough.
3.Divide the dough in 12 portions and roll each out to a 2 diameter disc .
4.Heat oil in kadhai fry the disc evenly on both the sides,repeat for other pooris.
5.Serve hot with chana or aloo or the dish of your choice.

Mushroom capsicum paratha.
Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 20 minutes
Makes - 6-8 paratha
Ingredients:
Wheat flour(atta) - 200 grams
2 medium sized onions - finely chopped
1 medium sized capsicum - finely chopped
musroom keema - 4 tbsp
red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
jeera powder - 1 tsp
dhania powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Oil for making parathas.
jeera - 1 tsp
salt to taste
water for kneading
Preparations:
1.Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan ,add jeera to splutter , add chopped onion , capsicum , mushroom ,red chili powder , turmeric powder , cumin powder , coriander powder , salt to taste and fry for 5 minutes.
2. Knead the atta with water , red chili powder and salt.
3.Make small balls ,make two rotis and stuff the masala in between both and fry it in a tawa till it is cooked.
