Healthy and yummy peanut chaat.
Preparation time : 10 minutes
cooking time : 10 minutes
Serves : 2
Ingredients:
peanut - 1 cup
green chutney - 1 tbsp
tamarind chutney - 1 tbsp
lemon juice - 1 tbsp
black salt - 1 tsp
green chili - 1 tsp finely chopped
fine sev - 2 tbsp
ganthia - 2 tbsp
chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
chaat masala - 1 tsp
water 1 1/2 cup for boiling peanut
Method of Preparations:
1.Boil peanut with 1 1/2 water for 10 minutes in medium flame.
2.Strain the extra water ,keep peanut aside.
3.Mix all the ingredients finely and serve as evening snacks.

Hare mutter ki tikki.
Preparation time: 1 hour
Cooking time : 30 minutes
Makes - 12 tikkis
Ingredients:
Boiled potato : 2 big sized
boiled green pea: 200 grams
ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
green chili chopped - 1 tsp
green coriander chopped - 1 tbsp
chaat masala - 1 tbsp
bread crumbs - 4 tbsp
salt to taste
oil for shallowfrying tikkis
Method of preparations :
1.Mash potatoes and boiled peas.
2.Mix rest of the ingredients and form a dough like mixture.
3.Take lemon sized balls and shape it as flat tikkis.
4.Heat oil for shallow frying in a frying pan and fry the tikkis for 5 minutes from both the sides.
5.Serve hot as starter with imli ki meethi chutney or hare dhanie ki chutney.

Sweet potato chaat - Shakarkandi chaat.
Sweet potato chaat is the healthiest chaat I have ever eaten.It contains
less calories compared to other chaat items available in shops .It is
seasonal as we get sweet potato in winter season only.Basically it is
preferred by people who does fasting .The flavor of it is awesome .It is
so easy that a child can make it.So lets make this delicious chaat
recipe.
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes
Serves - 1 to 2
Ingredients :
Sweet potato(shakarkandi) - 2 to 3 medium sized
water to boil sweet potato
red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
black salt - 1/2 tsp
chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
roasted jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
lemon juice - 1 tbsp
For garnishing
coriander leaves chopped - 1/2 tbsp
green chili - 1 finely chopped
pomegranate pearls - 1 tbsp
fine sev - 1 tbsp
Method of Preparations:
1.Boil water in a pan and cook sweet potato till soft or for 10 minutes.
2.Cut boiled sweet potato into small cubes .
3.Mix all the ingredients with sweet potato .
4.Garnish with green coriander , pomegranate pearls , green chili and sev.
5.Serve immediately .It is one of the best snack for people trying to loose weight.

Masala poori - South Indian chat.
The very first day I came to Chennai I missed the chat items that we
were having in Delhi.in a day in tea break I was outside with friends and
saw some stall selling pani pooris ,masala pooris , my taste buds told
me to taste and I can't resist myself of tasting it and than I loved the
taste.It is somehow taste compared to the chat items available in Delhi
as murmura , corn flakes , pooris are only used with boiled chick pea
gravy.So guys One day I came across the masala poori stall and tasted it
.It was just awesome.Today I tried it in my kitchen and it was
awesome.Here I am posting the recipe of it and you must try and taste it
with your family and friends.
Ingredients:Boiled white chick pea- 1 cup(boiled by adding 1 tsp garam masala and salt to taste)
golgappa ,poori - 8 to 10
fried corn flakes- 1/2 cup
murmura/bhel- 1/2 cup
chopped onion - 2tbsp
roasted jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
chaat masala- 1/2 tsp
red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
black salt to taste
Method:
1.Place boiled chick pea in a plate.
2.Crush the poori and add it to the chana.
3. Add murmura and corn flakes into it ,add the dried masala and black salt.
4.Garnish with chopped onion.
