Kids Friendly Recipe- Mudhi Ladoo (Puffed Rice Ladoo).
We can eat and digest almost all the food available in our household as well as market but for sure kids cannot do the same. So, for kids we have to make something healthy , nutritious, tasty and which is easily digestible .Almost all the mothers of the toddlers facing the same issue these days like what to cook for them and how to cook so that at least they will eat it. As me and my husband are big foodie when I became mom I used to think that especially my child will not show any tantrum in food selection but she prove me wrong .Neither she is like my husband nor like me .sometimes i feel may be in the hospital she has been swapped with some other child..ha ha ha ..It cannot be true as she is born in lock down and she was the only kid born on that day in the hospital so there is no chance of exchange. It's just my fate .Cooking is one of the best thing I like still when concerned about my toddler I am blank. Tried almost each and everything but the only food she likes are dal rice with cow ghee as it is the only comfort food she does not keep in her mouth for more than 2 minutes.Let me tell you she can keep the food for 10-20 minutes in her mouth and if she does not like it at last she spills it out. Its so irritating but nothing can be done .So enough of my words now .Request you to share your thoughts and experience about the same. Its time to cook something may be your child will like as mine likes it very much as snacks in the morning as well as evening. It's very healthy as well and you can store it for more than one week. So, lets make puffed rice ladoo(mudhi ladoo).
