Raagi oatmeal jaggery cookies.
Preparation time-30 to 40 minutes
cooking time-15 to 20 minutes
Ingredients
Raagi flour-1 cup(150 grams)
oatmeal-1/4 cup
jaggery-3/4 cup(grated)
butter-1/2 cup(melted)
baking powder-1 teaspoon
baking soda-1/2 teaspoon
milk- 3 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder.
Preparation
1.in a bowl mix butter and jaggery.
2. In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
3. Preheat the oven in 200 degree centigrade and grease the baking tray with butter.
4. Add the dry mixture in the liquid mixed bowl shift wise and make a dough.
5.Add milk and knead it for extra 2 minutes.
6.Make round shape cookies by hand or shape it with different cookie cutters.
7. Place it in the baking tray and bake it for 10-15 minutes in 180-200 deg cent.
8.Remove it from oven and make it cool to room temperature.
9.enjoy it in your tea time or your preferred time.
10.For storing use an air tight container(you can store for 8-10 days).
