Capsicum Masala


Preparation time : 1 hour
Cooking Time : 1 hour
Serves : 2

Ingredients:
Capsicum - 3-4 big sized(cut into small size)

pinch of hing
cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Onion -2-3 medium sized(chopped)
Curry leaves - 5-6 leaves
Haldi powder - 1 teaspoon
red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
coriander powder - 1 teaspoon 
cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
coarsely grind peanut - 2 tablespoon

Preparation:
1.Heat oil in a pan ,add pinch of asofetidia(hing).
2.Add cumin seeds ,mustard seeds and chopped onion, curry leaves and fry for 5 minutes in medium flame.
3.Add capsicum , haldi powder , red chili powder , cumin powder , coriander powder and cook it for 5 minutes .
4.Add 1 tablespoon coarsely grind peanut ,mix well and cook it for another 5 minutes.
5.Serve hot with roti or your choice rice recipe.
