Usal Pav .
Preparation time : 5-6 hours
Cooking Time : 1/2 an hour
Serves : 4
Ingredients:
Pav - 8 small pieces
White matar(pea) - 1 cup(soaked for 4-5 hours and boiled by adding haldi powder and salt till soft)
Tomato - 1 big sized
Onion - 1 medium size chopped
Crush ginger garlic - 2 teaspoon
haldi powder - 1 teaspoon
kashmiri lal mirch powder - 2 teaspoons
garam masala - 2 teaspoons
roasted jeera powder - 1 teaspoon
dalchini powder - 1 teaspoon
coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
farsan(mixture)- 1 cup
namkeen sev - 2 tablespoon
water - 2 cups
oil- 1 tablespoon
cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
mustard seeds- 1 teaspoon
red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
asofetidia(hing)- 1 pinch
salt to taste
Preparations:
1.Heat oil in a pan ,add pinch of asofetidia(hing).

2.Add cumin seeds ,mustard seeds
and chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes in medium flame.
3.Add chopped ginger garlic and turmeric powder fry for more 2 minutes , add kashmiri chili powder,salt to taste.
5.Add roasted jeera powder, chopped tomato. Mix it properly and fry for 5 minutes or till the tomatoes get tender.
6.Add bolied whitepea and 1 cup water and in low flame cook it for 5-10 minutes .
7.Serve hot by adding farsan,namkeen sev,chopped onion.
