Missal Pav - Best breakfast recipe.

Serves : 2
Ingredients:
Pav - 4 small pieces
Matka beans , moth - 1 cup(soaked for 6-7 hours and boiled till soft)
Tomato - 3 to 4
Onion - 2 medium sized
Crush ginger garlic - 2 teaspoon
haldi powder - 1 teaspoon
kashmiri lal mirch powder - 3 teaspoons
garam masala - 2 teaspoons
goda masala - 2 teaspoons
dalchini powder - 1 teaspoon
coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
farsan(mixture)- 1 cup
namkeen sev - 2 tablespoon
coriander leaves chopped- 1 tablespoon
water - 1 cup
oil- 2 tablespoon
salt to taste
Preparations:
1.Heat oil in a pan ,add pinch of asofetidia(hing).
2.Add cumin seeds ,chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes in medium flame.
3.Add chopped ginger garlic and turmeric powder fry for more 2 minutes.
4.Add kashmiri chili powder,salt to taste.
5.Add roasted jeera powder, goda masala, chopped tomato.
Mix it properly and fry for 5 minutes or till the tomatoes get tender.
6.Add bolied motka beans and add 1 cup water and in low flame cook it for 5-10 minutes.
7.Serve hot by adding farsan,namkeen sev,chopped onion,chopped coriander leaves.
